About Your Seamstress

♥ I am Pam, a tailor. I have been sewing and tailoring garments for more than 20 years. My forte lies in sewing, hand-stitching, alteration, tailoring, projects which require mass manufacturing such as Christmas stockings and pet apparel, and crafting handmade keepsakes perfect for gifts.

BESPOKE KEEPSAKES

I specialize in making a multitude of household products, such as cushions, baby items, blankets, bedding, linens, towels, quilts, storage bags and many more. Please let me know your requirements or your desired product, and I will do my best to meet your needs.

EASY CUSTOMIZATION

Simply tell me what you want, and I’ll do every alteration, every stitch and every design down to the smallest details according to your instructions.

LOCATION

Located at Tampines Central, you can drop off/pick up your apparel at Tampines MRT or the Tampines Central vicinity, or via registered post.

PAYMENT

For small jobs, payment will have to be made upfront. For complex work and/or sizable projects, a downpayment of 50% will have to be made, or in accordance with the parties’ agreement.

I accept most forms of payment modes, including but not limited to credit cards, mobile payments, bank transfers and cash.

DURATION

Depending on the kind of work, it would take 2-3 days for completion. Thereafter, you can pick it up anytime between 9am to 9pm at your convenience.

Easy Drop-off/Pick-up

Small jobs such as basic alteration, hand-stitching and tailoring work are mostly completed in 2 to 3 days. Bespoke customizations may take up a week or more, depending on the complexity and nature of work. Urgent requests can be met on demand at a surcharge.

7-DAY FULL WARRANTY

Simply bring back your apparel anytime within 7 days of collection if there is any aspect of my work you are unsatisfied with, and I will follow up with the amendments you wish to make.
